Great way to see the key sights in the City. The buses run very close to scheduled times which makes planning very easy.
The bus didn't stop at every stop and as a tourist we don't know exactly where we're at. They should announce the next stops or at least show on the screen. It was a boring bus ride

The buses were comfortable. The audio was clear and the drop off points were convenient.
I was unable to download the QR codes from neither text nor email. When I went to the information booth by the Opera House, the woman was unable to connect with anyone. I had my confirmation code but still did not help me. In trying to get a refund for the unused tickets, no one was cooperative. Just an overall bad experience which is unfortunate because I have enjoyed this tour bus company in many parts of the world. At least there are other options in Hanoi which I would recommend not using Hop On Hop Off. Hamoi City Tours or City Sightseeing.
